Cinnamon Honey Butter Loaf

Baked fresh on our farm using an old Italian starter, this sourdough is as real as it gets. Each loaf is hand-shaped and baked in a cast-iron Dutch oven for a crisp, golden crust and soft, tangy crumb. Made with just flour, water, and salt — slow-fermented, simple, and full of farmhouse flavor. Cheddar is hand kneaded into the bread for an even and mouthwatering loaf.

Our starter has old Italian roots and has been carefully nurtured here on the farm, fed daily and kept alive by the same natural yeasts that give our bread its depth and character. The Dutch oven bake captures steam just like a brick hearth, creating that signature blistered crust. Every loaf takes days, not hours — and you can taste the patience in every bite.
