Baked fresh on our farm using an old Italian starter, this loaf blends the tang of classic sourdough with the warmth of real pumpkin. Each one is hand-shaped and baked in a cast-iron Dutch oven for that familiar golden crust and tender crumb. Made with simple ingredients and naturally fermented for full, balanced flavor — it’s wholesome, comforting, and full of farmhouse character.

Our starter has old Italian roots and has been carefully nurtured here on the farm, fed daily and kept alive by the same natural yeasts that make our bread so distinct. The addition of pumpkin brings gentle sweetness and moisture, while the Dutch oven bake captures the steam that forms that perfect, rustic crust. Every loaf takes days, not hours — and it’s worth every minute of care.
